“The salesperson said the water hookup was a tube hanging from the back however it was not and the full manual was not provided only a quick start guide. I contacted GE for additional information who also stated they discontinued providing that documentation. Very disappointed in their decision. Slyman should print and provide as a service to your customer”

Jodi was my salesperson and she was great - friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and no pressure to switch to a more expensive machine. I especially appreciate that!
