“Jake did a great job of showing me dryers that met my needs. No upscale, no pressure. Delivery was scheduled only 48 hours after purchase. The delivery people were very thorough and professional. They went the extra mile regarding an issue with my vent. I compared them to the two major chains first. Slyman's prices were the same or cheaper, and the delivery/ installation was less. Will definitely come back for all appliances and recommend. Great experience from start to finish.”

“Easiest purchase! Lance was amazing to work with and I cannot wait to receive my new washer and dryer. Pricing was competitive with big chains and I received better price on longer warranty and free removal of my old. Thank you.”

“Have been a customer for 40 years. Products are in stock great selection and pricing. The sales rep Chris Skupnik, was great and friendly. Why go to a big box store when you have the Slyman Brothers store. Will never shop any place else but Slyman Brothers for appliances. Keep doing what you are doing it works.”

“Salesman Maxx was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the units we bought. The whole transaction, including financing, took about 45 minutes. He not only matched the big box price, but explained the difference between the install/haul away price, and the nearly 4% sales tax difference between the South County store and stores in Gravois Bluffs. Bob Slyman was also in the store at the time of my visit and was a very nice guy.”

“I was looking for a reliable and long lasting washing machine to replace one which was not working. I had looked online and done a bit of research so when Michael headed toward the Soeed Queen I knew it was what I was interested in. Yes Speed Queen machines cost more but I’m sure they will also last longer. Also I wanted a quick delivery; they had the machine I wanted in stock and said delivery would be in two days. That along with a fair price Madge it perfect for me. There was no pushing to buy just information I needed. So far, I’m a very happy customer.”

We did not feel pressured to purchase and was given straight answers to our questions and concerns and provided options throughout the sale process. “5 plus Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Slyman Brothers. We found a washer/dryer stackable that we were looking for. Confirmed that it was available and went to see it. We worked with Jake. Jake was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Washer/dryer were delivered & set up. Process was easy and smooth. We will definitely be back.”

“Right now I am a very Unhappy customer. I followed Slyman Bros. procedure and opened ticket #28 that we have a defective dishwasher that needs to be replaced. I reached out again 12.28 requesting an update and there has been no contact.”

“This is my second time purchasing appliances from Slyman Bros on Manchester Rd. I've worked with Josh R. both times and he was so helpful. He answered all my questions and gave us good advice based on what we needed. If we ever need additional appliances, I won't hesitate to shop at Slyman Bros again!”
