“Very poor customer service. Salesperson knew I needed a unit so was uninterested in me as a customer. Didn’t explain anything about potential gas installation problems. No one ever called to apologize about my dissatisfaction at delivery.”

“I salesman was perfect. I love the personal touch, I also love having a store you can go to if there’s a problem to get fixed unlike the big box stores. I can’t review the refrigerator yet because it hasn’t been delivered.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. This was my first time working with Slyman Bros, and I can honestly say I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. My old washing machine died recently, and working with Slyman Bros sales associate Mike, I was quickly able to locate a new washer that met my specific needs and price point, and schedule delivery within a reasonable timeframe. I received copies of my invoice moments after the purchase was made, as well as prompt follow-up regarding delivery details. The delivery team arrived on time AND provided a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance. They were efficient, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. I've already recommended this company to several people and I'll certainly be returning for all my appliance needs!”

“The salesperson, Chris, was very helpful, answered all questions, demonstrated appliances as needed, provided, clearly, all costs and set a convenient delivery time. We have bought other appliances here and have found Slyman Brothers to be much better than the "big box" stores.”

“We have purchased many appliances for our homes and rental properties from Slyman Brothers in South St. Louis for years. They always stand behind their products. We had a problem with an ice maker and Jake with Slyman helped us get action from the ice maker company. I don't believe that a big box store would do that for a customer.”
