It is just frustrating that we didn't have it sooner as there are many features that it offers that woudl be great to use, just the time it would take to data enter all of the infomation - such as Inventory - from the excel spreadsheet we currently use.
It provides us with great traceability of jobs and logocal pogression from quote to invoice. Plus, if you do need support it is very responsive any obvious they care about you s an individaul customer.”

“We have been using Statii within our business for almost a year. As a manufacturing business we have found the system to be invaluable in getting our processes and systems in a far better working order.
We use the system to generate and log all enquiries through to proposals and conversion to sales orders. The manufacturing side of our team then works from the information on Statii to begin the projects. Finances and hours are added to Statii and then finally we are able to produce accurate and detailed analysis of projects and profitability.
The team at Statii are both knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing is a problem to them and they have a really great support system for our team.

“I was after some production control software and came across Statii. I was instantly taken by the simplicity of the system. Its dashboard is very simple to navigate and the facility to save all relevent emails, drawings, suppliers quotes etc to each individual purchase order or quotation has been a great asset.
Stock control is easy to use.
The back up support from Statii is always on point and any issues we have are very quickly dealt with usually via a quick phone call.
The ability to export to Sage Accounts is great too and saves a lot of work.

“Statii's customer service is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to work with customers to facilitate solutions. The software runs well and very rarely drops in service. Detailing the systems limitations may be somewhat unfair as the product is not designed for our manufacturing model however, the lack of tools to perform mass functions or an API does present difficulties. The development team are however fantastic as suggesting and implementing solutions while providing great post-sales support. Their care for their customers separates Statii from many other ERP-providers.”

This system works exactly as you'd want it to from the perspective of a machine shop - everything is sensibly laid out and the workflow is how we work already. The Statii system brings logic to chaos for my very busy small company. I can follow the entire lifecycle of a customer order from quote to invoice, as well as place & manage purchase orders for suppliers and catalogue shelf inventories. It is an incredibly powerful system.
I evaluated at least 6 different MRP systems, and even attempted two custom repurposing projects of ERP/Scheduling systems. None had the capabilities and elegance that Statii has.”
