Making the move from being a paper dependent office towards being paperfree was a daunting task for us. We have now used Statii for over a year and are delighted with the progress we have made. Previously, we used to struggle to find old information but now we have everything we need at our fingertips. The Support Team have been excellent with us and have really taken the time to understand our business and procedures. Their patience and approach has been invaluable in helping the business to modernise.

In 2016 we were looking for a business system that took our manufacturing to a much more professional level, we had examined a lot of the bigger well known systems but they were complex and expensive, not at all the sort of system a company like ours of 12 staff wanted or needed, while further searching I founf Statii and watched their demo video at that time and it seemed to tick all of our boxes so after a chat with their people we went for it. Super easy to integrate and super easy for the shop floor to understand, with clear details on the job cards, fabulous traceability, and took our process from the initial quote to the final invoice smoothly through to completion at the click of a few buttons, with minilam effort. Its easy to examine the data afterwards and enables us to quickly and easily look up previous costings, check our performance and tweak new quotes to suit. We wouldnt be without Statii now as we have taken it fully onboard, the employees all use tablets to do everything from clocking in and out through to work control, its simple, efficient and cost effective.

Havent been using statii long but had great training when it was setup and always have good technical support when i encounter a problem.

I have never had support of the level that Statii provide, if the cost makes you think "do I need this" then the simple answer is YES the data it provides and the support totally justifies the monthly fee.

Thanks Susan, as you've obviously seen, we've had a big push this year on rolling out some much improved features which are generally getting positive feedback and we plan to keeps things moving on this front, so any suggestions you may have are welcome.

After seeing Statii some 4 years ago and recommending it to our board I was over ruled and we took on a different software. This proved to be totally un successful so I re visitied the directors with a recommendation to go with Statii as I originally wished for. We decided after a short deliberation to sign up. Since then we have been exceptionally pleased with the software, its functions, ease of use and costs. We also cant praise high enough the training and support received from the team. After a VERY bad experience from our previous software this was an absolute god send to our business and its operations.

Brilliant system, so much better than our old one. Easy to use and if there is any problems the team are brilliant and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended.

Statii has provided our business with the platform and foundations to build a measurement and performance driven organisation. The visibility and measurements that the software is able to provide has enabled us to improve and radically transform many areas of the business, creating much improved structure and systems throughout the organisation. We now have clear visibility and control over our quotation processes, product inventory, production planning, job timings, time & attendance, stock control, purchasing, dispatch and invoicing .... essentially every element of our business! We looked at this product for a few years and once we took the plunge we weren't disappointed. Great user interface. Great integration with other software. Training and customer support second to none..

We have been using the software for 6 months, it's hugely streamlined our production and quoting process. Peter and Mark have been a great guiding hand through this period too, always ready to jump in and help out whenever we've become stuck!
