“Statii is a brilliant system for us, we were operating from a large spreadsheet before and looked at many alternative options before choosing Statii. The biggest benefit for us is the traceability aspect ensure full traceability from cradle to grave.
We have asked for a few additions to our system whihc have been exucted perfecetly and we are trialing the new Quality module which is working seamlessly for us.
The only improvement we can think of is to the scheduling tool which we struggle with currently but only due to the way our shifts operate. This is something that is being looked at by the team at Statii.
Overall a brilliant system that we couldn't be without.”

All functionalities are very intuitive which facilitates training required for new members of the team. Statii team, especially Peter, are very helpful and always keen to help. “Statii is very easy to use once you have the hang of it. Some of the processes are a little drawn out for example delivery notes, if everything doesn't go, its a little more complex to produce another delivery note.”

“Statii's customer service is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to work with customers to facilitate solutions. The software runs well and very rarely drops in service. Detailing the systems limitations may be somewhat unfair as the product is not designed for our manufacturing model however, the lack of tools to perform mass functions or an API does present difficulties. The development team are however fantastic as suggesting and implementing solutions while providing great post-sales support. Their care for their customers separates Statii from many other ERP-providers.”
