“I ordered a statue and plinth through Amazon but the statue arrived damaged and was immediately sent back. I emailed the seller via Amazon that evening and to my surprise got a phone call from Steve at the company first thing the next morning. In all the years I have bought items through Amazon I have not received this sort of customer service. Steve said he would organize a replacement by lunchtime that day and phone me back to confirm. At 11:45 he phoned and confirmed a replacement was being sent. Items I received were excellent quality and the customer top notch. I would recommend this company to anyone. First class.”

“Bought two different groups of garden sculptures. one rabbits not a problem Weathering well and look good. the second a single group of 3 ducks very nice to look at till the rust started. waiting to see if they patterner up or need to go for scrap!”

“Having ordered a statue on line for our garden I was a bit worried as I couldnâ€™t see what I was buying. But I need not of worried. From looking at the website and placing my order and then ringing them up to ask a few questions I was reassured all would be well . All arrived by the stated time and well packed onto pallet . We are so pleased with our experience. Thank you”

“Absolutely wonderful service. I had ordered a small garden statue that was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, in transit, there had been some damage - no fault of the company's - and they couldn't be more helpful in rectifying the problem. They acted quickly, followed up and were not satisfied that they had done all that that could be done until a new replacement arrived in pristine condition. Damage can occur in transit - these things happen - but what was exceptional was the follow-up attention to care and customer satisfaction. Most impressed.”

“On the downside delivery did take forever and was a little problematic BUT the statue is very beautiful and Steve went out of his way to be helpful. Given his efforts and the quality of the statues, I don’t understand why they don’t use a better shipping team. I won't hesitate to go back them though”

“Their suppliers made a mistake with the initial delivery but Steve Wilson at Statues and Sculptures sorted this out very quickly with the correct sculpture being delivered in a matter of days and the wrong one taken away. Subsequently, we had another order which was delivered and installed successfully and with this one as well Steve Wilson proved extremely helpful.”

“We have been searching for the right statues and an urn to complete our recently completed landscaping project. Statues and sculptures online have the best selection of any of its competitors. The site gives an abundance of information to ensure you are purchasing the right product for you. The urn we ordered had a four week delay as it was being manufactured from scratch. The company contacted us with a delivery date and an exact time nearer the date. All went smoothly and the products lived up to our expectations. We will be looking for other items from then in the future.”
