“I did eventually receive my item from Stax Online after having to contact them by phone. The Chat line and email was never answered. The person I contacted by phone explained that they where short staffed and they would dispatch my item immediately which they did. The item sat in there "Pick" area on the tracking info for some eight days, way beyond the specified time for delivery until I made the phone call.”

“Delivery and Install timeline blew out, sent numerous emails through contact form on website with no response. Finally found a contact number online which was not easy and had to pressure to get some urgency behind getting it installed. It had apparently been sitting at the warehouse”

“Sold stock they didn't have and took 4 weeks to deliver. We had to call after 3 weeks and were told they had 4 coming in and 11 sold, luckily we received 1 of the 4.”
