“Support ist gut (kommt einem entgegen bei Problemen). Stoffqualität ist gut. Der Druck ist bei einigen Produkten leider mangelhaft (Reflective Print löst sich nach dem ersten waschen schon langsam auf (genaustens nach Anleitung gewaschen). Bei zwei Produkten das gleiche. T-Shirt sieht schnell verwaschen aus). Der Bestellablauf ist teilweise echt langwierig. 14 Tage Retourenbearbeitung.
Also für das Preissegment könnte es insgesamt schon besser sein. Bin nicht wirklich zufrieden. Ich hatte viel Aufwand im Bestellablauf und ärger mit einem Hoodie. So macht es wenig Freude. Ich denke eher nicht dass ich nochmal bestelle.”

There's a lack of quality control in the screen-printed designs. They've often sent me products with flaws, such as the print coming off or the design details not being perfect. The sweatshirt they sent me also had flaws on the back—stains that didn't match the original design. The lightning bolts in the design don't look like they do in the promotional image. It's a bit frustrating considering how expensive the product is. You expect it to arrive in excellent condition, and it's annoying to have to contact the company repeatedly to get the quality issues resolved. This wouldn't happen if they checked each product before shipping. Regardless, I love the designs and the overall style; I hope they improve.”
