Unser Ziel ist es, Streetwear zu liefern, die jeden Cent wert ist. Wenn das bei dir nicht so angekommen ist, haben wir den Markenkern verfehlt. Qualität ist für uns das Wichtigste, daher trifft uns dieser Punkt besonders.
Wir möchten verstehen, was genau nicht gepasst hat (Stoff, Druck oder Schnitt?), um es bei der nächsten Produktion besser zu machen. Bitte melde dich kurz mit deiner Bestellnummer bei uns, damit wir eine Lösung finden, die dich doch noch zufriedenstellt.
“I’m very disappointed on the quality. The printing is thick and sticky, doesn’t look like the pictures you can’t really see the design well because it’s only a black print (I though it would have white like in the pictures since it gives some contrast and readability )Also the sizing is huge, I took XS as a girl wearing M size in women cloths and it was so huge it looked like a dress. I returned all my items even though return aren’t free but at this price I couldn’t accept such bad quality. I won’t buy again”

We are only human, and it's clear we missed the mark here. Our goal is to provide high-quality streetwear, but if the print felt sticky and the contrast didn't match the photos, we clearly failed to deliver on that promise. We also understand the frustration with the sizing; while we go for an oversized fit, it should never feel like you're wearing a dress when you've already sized down.
We have received your return and already refunded you! Even though we couldn't win you over this time, we appreciate you giving us a chance.

Obwohl wir hohe Ansprüche an unsere Produktion haben, haben wir hier anscheinend den Standard verpasst, den du von uns erwartest. Wir haben hier wohl schlichtweg gepatzt und das tut uns leid.

Hey Gabriele, vielen Dank für das Kompliment! Es freut uns riesig, dass dir die Hoodies gefallen – dafür stecken wir jeden Tag unser Herzblut in die Designs.
Da wir bei dir trotzdem noch nicht die vollen 5 Sterne erreicht haben, ist das jedoch noch Luft nach oben.

“Bin jahrelanger Kunde bei euch und kaufe meistens Hoodies und Shirts. Der Schnitt ist oft nicht symmetrisch, auf der einen Seite hat der Ärmel einen blöden Buckel. Schulterbereich nicht gleich lang zum Halsausschnitt. Die Kapuze ist nicht richtig mittig, sodass diese verzogen ist. Der Halsauschnitt bei den Shirts ist auch oft zu eng, sodass es unangenehm drückt. Die aktuellen Hoodies (auf der Innenseite) von der Black Week, bzw Black Friday Aktion fusseln mega. Qualität war früher besser, echt schade!”

Dein Feedback trifft uns gerade richtig hart, weil wir dich als jahrelangen Kunden auf keinen Fall verlieren wollen!
In unserem Team und bei der Produktion der Black Friday Hoodies sowie der aktuellen Shirts sind uns anscheinend Fehler unterlaufen, die absolut nicht passieren dürfen. Wenn Nähte asymmetrisch sind, die Kapuze nicht mittig sitzt oder der Stoff extrem fusselt, sind uns in der Qualitätskontrolle schlichtweg Fehler unterlaufen :/

I was surprised when you launched that promo with T-shirts for €10 and hoodies for €30, but that black-and-green hoodie really stuck with me, and curiosity won in the end. What can I say — the quality is worse than your usual. The T-shirt had several fabric defects, one of which even turned into a small hole. The hoodie had factory sticker left inside, and the fleece shed a bunch of “fluffy traces” on my hair after trying it on. On the other hand, considering such a low price and "made in" country, I guess it’s hard to complain.
So I hope this was a one-off campaign to attract attention and that you won’t lower the quality of your products going forward — better keep the usual prices. :)
While I’m at it, here’s some feedback — the grey Reign of Blood sweater I ordered before that is absolutely great. Comfortable, light, warm, looks fantastic. I enjoy wearing it a lot.
As for wishes — I’d love to see more regular-fit models instead of oversized. And when it comes to T-shirts, models with a wider neckline and not such long sleeves. But I understand this might go against the brand’s style.

“Can't fault SCA, products are great and true to size. However UPS need to work on their delivery as my order was left outside my front door on a busy road, anyone could've taken it, and of course UPS doesn't offer me an option for select a safe place for delivery because they don't have "UPS My Choice" in my area yet. It's no excuse.”
“Dir Qualität der Produkte ist echt top, ich liebe jeden einzelnen Pullover von Stay Cold den ich habe. Was leider eine Katastrophe ist, ist der Versand mit UPS. Die schaffen es jedes Mal irgend eine andere Scheiße zu bauen, so wie auch dieses mal, wo meine Bestellung trotz unterschriebener Abstellgenehmigung vor der Tür stattdessen an irgend einen Kleine Laden im nirgendwo geliefert wurde der natürlich so unmögliche Öffnungszeiten hat das man sich als Berufstätige Person nur einen Urlaubstag nehmen kann um das Paket zu holen. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug.”
