“Extortionate prices and delivery’s including returns. Sorry but I won’t be ordering again from this company. I’ve recently bought 2 hoody’s in a deal where I get the 3rd free plus free delivery but I’ve just been charged an extra £82 for import fees as the only company they use for delivery is UPS. I spent £180 on the two hoody’s, now if I want to receive them I have to pay an extra £82 just to get them which is absolutely shocking! Basically paying for that 3rd hoody. Before that, I had to return two t shirts to get a different size in both, I had to pay for the return and there’s nothing saying online when buying about having to pay for returns! The two t shirts cost me £50 in total, sending them back cost me £24. Baring in mind the £50 in total including the delivery fee in first place, I’m now down by about £30-£40 just for delivery and return as I won’t be getting that refunded. The quality of the items are fantastic I’ll give this company that hence the 3 stars, the designs are amazing and I love the current stuff I have, but this company is also extortionate for pricing of the items and delivery. I won’t be buying directly from this company anymore, I’ll use other shops that stock the items, I get free delivery and returns from them. Very disappointed!”

“J'ai eu un soucis avec ma commande en promotion. Le pull ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos de promotion. AUCUNE COMPARAISON possible. J'ai notifié le problème à staycold , ils n'ont eu aucun geste commercial et n'ont même plus donné la peine de répondre à mes messages. C'était ma 3eme commande et dernière.”
