“This is getting really frustrating. I just checked the tracking number you provided, and it shows that the package is currently in the United States. However, I live in Spain, and I correctly entered my home address when placing the order.
Now the tracking says there’s an issue with the address, but I double-checked and the address you have is accurate. I have no idea why my package would be shipped to the wrong country.
At this point, I really need a clear and immediate explanation. This order has been delayed for weeks and now it seems to be completely mishandled again.”
