“Never had an issue before, ordered a few times, however this time I waited twice the time it said it would take to arrive only to be told the item had been sent back to the warehouse, and it was likely due to me inputting the wrong address when I can assure you I inputted the correct address and name. Fortunately I have been told I’m getting a refund however I still paid for shipping which won’t be refunded and ontop of that I don’t understand why it couldn’t have just been sent again however I’m guessing that’s down to me ‘inputting the wrong address.’ Not thrilled about this purchase however I do still really enjoy staycold and I am hoping to try again this week. I think the clothes are great and I plan on purchasing plenty more times so long as this issue doesn’t repeat itself.”

“Looking at my purchases closely I’ve come to the realization that the designs have been made with AI. The letters do not say Stay Cold. And other designs clearly do not either. Some say “Stay yatD” and others have the bare resemblance of “Stay Cold” but the letters just don’t make sense. This isn’t about being hard to read because it’s a “Metal font” this is just pure nonsense. This brand using Ai at all even in advertising just shows the complete lack of respect for its customer base who seem to have once cherished their clothes. I am extremely disappointed and I feel scammed. Some of the stuff is genuinely awesome looking. But now I can’t trust this company at all.”
