(What I will describe has happened to me only once with them, and I don't think it represents the good quality they always provide. I am describing a problem with one of their products after years of purchasing without problems from their store. There is always a product that can turn out worse; from there, the problem is not the product, but instead that they can solve it as soon as possible.)
I've been a customer since 2016, and on the last shipment's arrival, one of the items was in poor condition after being washed for the first time. I contacted support with all the details about the problem. In less than a day, I had a response with the corresponding refund. I have always trusted Stay Cold as a good brand, which will continue to be that way. These actions have made me even more loyal, and I hope they continue like this.

“I am curious why i am getting ads now for the same item i bought, reign of blood, from a site called fineflag for only 30€? If I paid 130€ for the design and its being sold 100€ cheaper I wonder if its a cheap product imported from china overall and you are just making money, or if freeflag is stealing your designs.. either way i think you should react to this info accordingly. The item itself is cool, but overpriced.”
