“Very extensive products for a very very poor quality !!! The hoodie is full of pills and the inside is unpleasant to the touch and pills fall out when you wear it ! That’s unacceptable. I contacted the after-sales services and they sent me another hoodie of exactly the same bad quality ! And I had to pay twice taxes and customs fees. I’ll never order again at Stay Cold -> Stay Away !!”
“I measured before purchasing but the sweatshirt was short and I didn't like the fit. Says oversized but definitely didn't fit that way. It says 30 days for returns but would have cost me $246 to return a $129 sweatshirt.”
“As much as I love buying stuff off you guys and have done for a long time I wasn't very happy with my jumper there was a few with the stitching of the logo on the front it looked rushed they was threads hanging down off it one of the letters on the front didn't look the same as the rest maybe that's the design but I am not sure just alot of money to spend on a jumper that comes with more than one fault”
“Ordered two sweaters size 3x. The oversized sweater fit like a good 2xl. The second was one of your I assume standard sweaters. Fit pretty snug for being a 3xl. I wear a 2xl. Also the cuffs on the church burner crew sweater are way too large. Don’t know it this is standard , but some alterations are going to have to be made. I think that is pretty poor quality for the price I paid.”
