“When I switched to view the website in NZD, it stated the shipping was free for orders over $200NZD. I was confused and didn’t realised I got charged for shipping costs. I emailed stating I thought this was supposed to be refunded, as I thought it was an error. Although I was informed this was actually in Euros, and that the website hadn’t been updated properly. It definitely needs updating nonetheless as it is misleading. Please see attached image when the website is converted for New Zealand, it clearly states at the top the free shipping for orders over $200 NZD.”
“Bought a shirt of too large size (M), so ordered a smaller size (S) but got the exact same shirt with same length and width - it appeared to be a misproduct. Couldn't order a new S because they happened to be sold out. I've been looking forward to buying this shirt for a very long time, so it being no longer available again was a disappointment.
Communication with customer services however was quick, understandable, to-the-point, and helpful. Got a full refund of both shirts, which I appreciated. Thanks Lara!”

Es bedauerlich zu sehen, dass sich das Muster nach zweimaligem Waschen auf den T-Shirts zu lösen scheint. Es ist frustrierend, besonders wenn die T-Shirts genauso viel kosten wie andere, bei denen das Muster nach zahlreichen Waschgängen intakt bleibt. Ich besitze etwa 25 Staycold-T-Shirts, und es ist enttäuschend, dass sie trotz des gleichen Preises wie höherwertige Optionen eine scheinbare Qualitätsdifferenz aufweisen, sogar im Stoff.”
