“The parcel took quite a bit to arrive, longer than suggested. There was an import tax due, which the company did not warn me about when purchasing. I was shocked as the tax was 3/4 of the price of the purchase.The customer service response I got when I wrote to them about it, was that the website mentions this. But when you make an order you are taken to a UK site, so one assumes the products are already here. Very deceptive and not "Cool".”
“Der Versand ging schnell voran, der Service und schnelle Antwort sind super. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung ist aber bißchen der Wurm drin gewesen. Hab mein hoodie zurück geschickt weil er nicht passte. Wurde informiert das da paar fehldrucke waren und mir wurden 3 Möglichkeiten vorgeschlagen was man jetzt machen kann. Hatte mich trotzdem für den Pulli entschieden, die Rückmeldung eure Seite hat bißchen gedauert, aber auf Rückfrage was nun ist kam eine schnelle Antwort. Der hoodie wurde mir leider in der selben Größe zurück geschickt wie ich bestellt habe und gegen eine Nummer kleiner austauschen wollte. Nach meiner Nachricht diesbezüglich hab ich eine schnelle Antwort bekommen. Fehler passieren und daraus lernt man, bißchen ärgerlich für mich aber da gibt es schlimmeres im Leben als so ein kleiner Fehler. Wäre der Service und die schnelle Antworten nicht würde die ganze Sache anders aussehen. Bin trotzdem zufrieden und werde wieder bestellen”

Quality is excellent. Too many places I've ordered from have been cheap, poorly made clothing that has bad print, bad fit, or bad price. This company hits two MAJOR bullet points; quality and sizing. I'm 5'10, 140lbs, and prefer the baggy size. This is the first clothing brand I've had that has phenomenal print quality, has the baggy fit around the torso and arms, but the hood fits nice and tight and waist is the exact length. I order a medium.
I live in Canada, meaning that I get hit with border/customs charges (something to think about in a country where border charges may apply), but I have zero problems paying a bit extra for how solid the fit, print, clothing quality, etc is.
I'm on my third order for shirts / hoodies, will be buying more long as the designs suit my interest.
Haven't seen a spot on the website to be able to showcase how the hoodies/shirts fit, would definitely recommend it so I can show others what real and practical fits for other customers look like.”
