“My first order 2 years ago thrilled me - I chose designs I absolutely loved and received items of excellent quality (I ordered 3 t-shirts, 3 pairs of socks, 1 hoodie). But... Recently one of those t-shirts fell apart into rags - it turned out that the bleaching process during production severely damaged the fabric, and it tore despite following all care instructions and handling it carefully on my side. Other 2 t-shirts and hoodie - perfect.
Then, a half year ago, I ordered another hoodie and one more t-shirt. The hoodie was okay, but much worse than my first one; I was only not disappointed because of a huuuge discount. The t-shirt arrived in terrible condition, with several holes. I paid only 10 euros for it, but I would have rather bought a hole-free t-shirt for 10 euros.
The last order a week ago - a t-shirt for 45 euros arrived with a hole. The fabric feels worse than the same model I bought 2 years ago. But the main thing - A HOLE! In a 45-euro t-shirt. Are you serious?
Now I'm very disappointed and doubt I'll order again.”
