I want to be clear: regardless of whether you got it on a Black Friday deal or paid full price, you should always receive a product that’s perfectly intact. A detached corner is a clear production flaw, and I apologize that our quality control missed that one. Regarding the material, we usually go for a specific heavy-weight feel, so if yours feels unusually thin, I’d really like to look into that as well.
