“Support ist gut (kommt einem entgegen bei Problemen). Stoffqualität ist gut. Der Druck ist bei einigen Produkten leider mangelhaft (Reflective Print löst sich nach dem ersten waschen schon langsam auf (genaustens nach Anleitung gewaschen). Bei zwei Produkten das gleiche. T-Shirt sieht schnell verwaschen aus). Der Bestellablauf ist teilweise echt langwierig. 14 Tage Retourenbearbeitung.
Also für das Preissegment könnte es insgesamt schon besser sein. Bin nicht wirklich zufrieden. Ich hatte viel Aufwand im Bestellablauf und ärger mit einem Hoodie. So macht es wenig Freude. Ich denke eher nicht dass ich nochmal bestelle.”

The only problem was that the package was quite damaged; the tapes were mostly ripped and just a few strings of the tape hold it together so that the products would not fall out. I already gave some feedback to UPS about this. I would like to order more stuff but I'm afraid that they do not make it here in good condition based on this experience.”
