“Very extensive products for a very very poor quality !!! The hoodie is full of pills and the inside is unpleasant to the touch and pills fall out when you wear it ! That’s unacceptable. I contacted the after-sales services and they sent me another hoodie of exactly the same bad quality ! And I had to pay twice taxes and customs fees. I’ll never order again at Stay Cold -> Stay Away !!”
“I paid £128 total for a shipment because I was aware that the UK has an import tax on shipments above £135. SC marked the shipment as being worth more than what I paid which caused me to be charged almost 40% of the shipment in import tax. I had to refuse the shipment because of this and return it for a refund. When I received my refund I went to the website to consider ordering just the ritual moon hoodie on its own and it was sold out. Very sad.”
“Le produit déjà ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo et c est déjà la deuxième fois fois car on m m en a offert un là pour Noël pareil qui ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qui est présenté sur le site,la qualité du produit est médiocre alors que le produit est quand même à 159 euros on attend une meilleure qualité à ce prix là je suis très très déçu et je ne recommande plus du tout la marque ni leur produits…”

“Finde die Qualität für den Preis einfach negativ frech. Alleine wenn einen etwas nicht passt oder doch nicht gefällt, dann darf man trotzdem selber die Retoure zahlen. Fand die Qualität damals um einiges besser, genau wie die Preise.”
