“I love my Stockingaid. I could not get my compression socks over my toes. The leg I have a blood clot in had my knee replaced 2 1/2 years ago and I still can’t bend it. It took me a few times to get it on. I watched the video 3 times before I got it right. When I received my order the mat was missing. You folks replaced it Tessa was amazing. UPS Courier Company provided terrible service. When I received the box. It was tore open and the packaging tape was split open. So I believe either Customs opened the box and didn’t tape it back together. Plus there was a big hole in the box. No surprise that something was missing. I’m surprised more didn’t fall out of the box. I called them to complain; but, didn’t hear back from them.

I'm not sure why you say you haven't heard anything from me, as I have sent at least 4 emails..
UPS was not able to deliver the package and I'm not sure why. Therefor they asked our fulfilment partner to share your phone number ASAP, so they could give you a call to arrange something about the delivery. I only received your phone number 2 days ago, so then I immediatly forwarded this to UPS.
They are trying to get in touch with you since the 22nd, and therefore needed your phone number. Another option was to call your local UPS office yourself, so you could give them the details they needed to be able to deliver the package.
I emailed you on the 22nd with this request, because that's when I received the request from UPS. Then you sent 3 emails during the weekend and over Christmas which I did not reply to because the office was closed because of these holidays.. After Christmas, I opened my inbox, noticed your emails but you did not share your phone number, while that was the thing I needed.
I am very sorry for you that UPS has not been able to deliver the package yet and will follow it up again today to check the current status, as I expected it to be deliverd by now since I was able to share your phone number with them. I hope it has not been returned to sender by now. Please contact your local UPS office so you can check if the package is still there.
Your accusations of fraud and scam are totally unfounded and I do not understand why you are saying this. Please contact your local UPS office. Why would I ask you to contact UPS if we were fraudsters? Then UPS would also be part of the scam?
If the package was returned again, we can send it again. However, then we still need to know why UPS was not able to deliver it at your address because otherwise we will have the same issue again.

For years, and after 6 hip replacements on the same hip, I've struggled with the traditional sock aids. After my surgeries, I had to depend on someone else to help me get the Thigh High Compression Garments on my legs in a way that would prevent me from breaking the 90° hip precaution.

It is certainly not meant to hurt when you use the Steve.. We made it availble in 4 different sizes, where the calf circumference is leading and next to that the foot width is important as well. Of course I don't know about your specific sitution, but I'm happy to check if you are using the right size or happy to help you with some tips & tricks for use of the steve in case of an uneven foot shape. “It is easy to use but takes some practice. I have open-toe compression socks after having knee surgery so the challenge is not pushing my toes out the hole and having the sock come up too far. The one problem I discovered was measurements before and after surgery changed due to swelling but as long as I could get the socks up to the base of my knees I could successfully pull them up the rest of the way. I could NOT use the collar to remove the sock however, my knee was too swollen.”

Regarding the doffing; you do not have to put the ring that high. You can put it a little lower as well. Did you try to put it a little under the thickest part of your calf? First fold down the stocking a bit, then put the ring around your leg and then fold back the stocking over the ring. Then you can use the stocking aid to push down the stocking. This might be the solution for you :)
