"I was more than confident ordering online from Stonegate Teddy Bears as my mum was a very loyal customer (Pauline Daniel) we started going in from the beginning when it opened, and we had long conversations with Kevin, Margaret and I remember a Emily some years later, such a lovely shop the selection of not just bears makes sure there is something to suit every shopper, my Parcel, that arrived within 48hrs of ordering,was a Jellycat Coffee bean, it came intact, and was wrapped well, normally I don't like buying my Jellycats online, because I like to choose the best looking one, but because of my experience of going into the shop with mum, I knew I would get a perfect one, and that I did, he's sat with my other Amuseable Jellycats, Now I know Jellycats are sold at Stonegate Teddies, I will make this my first choice place to order, and if in york I will visit, I have not been in the shop since 2013 and that was with mum, she passed the following January."
