“If I could, I'd break this rating out as 5 stars for the drops and 4 stars for the capsules. I'm rating the capsules as four stars simply because I don't think I've been taking them long enough to notice too much of a difference in the way my body feels. There probably *is* something beneficial going on--I just don't feel it yet. However, I have gotten great benefits from the oil. I take it before bedtime and it doesn't put me to sleep, per se, but rather relaxes me so that I can mentally shut down. As well, if I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll take some drops to help me close down the multitude of "browser tabs" I have open in my head. The oil is truly helpful in that respect.
