“It's not clear where I explain what I would like to have done. And, I'm not sure about doing this hourly and you're expecting it to be two hours. It may just take one hour. And, I don't have my password from before so once I reset my password, I had to fill out the form all over again. Sorry, if I am grumpy because this is my fourth attempt to get through. I get texts from you and I tried to respond with a request for service but that didn't seem to work. Ok, thanks.”
