About Telrex:

Telrex opened its doors as Telephone Wreckers in 1999 and has since grown from just serving the local area to the entire country by providing great quality telephone systems at every price point. Our head office team and warehouse is based in Loganholme, just south of Brisbane, where we sell directly to suppliers and the public from our showroom. Our Melbourne Telrex office is based in Keilor Park.

Our supply network and partnerships encompass the whole of Australia, with connections in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.

With over four thousand products online and in store, we have everything from headsets and data cabinets to cables and sockets. With great brands like Coms in a Box, Plantronics, Jabra and more, all of our products are excellent quality at even better prices. We always offer customised products and packages — no two are alike.

“I ordered a phone headset by mistake (instead of a laptop enabled headset) which was entirely my fault. However I have message multiple times to Telrex in order to exchange the product and I have heard nothing in response. I have returned the product and I am hoping I will receive a response soon. If not I stand by this review. Update: I have now received a response and a product exchange. So in the end its a good result but the initial response was still pretty poor.”

“Telrex really came to my rescue during a recent home/office setup. I had called everywhere in Brisbane that I knew trying to organise a phone and headset for a new 'work-from-home' venture. Not only did Telrex assist me but I was also able to start the day without ANY problems and called Telrex to query the best setup of the headset. They were more than happy to assist me and went above and beyond. I was able to start work without having additional stress. Thank you Telrex you saved my career!!”
