About Telrex:

Telrex opened its doors as Telephone Wreckers in 1999 and has since grown from just serving the local area to the entire country by providing great quality telephone systems at every price point. Our head office team and warehouse is based in Loganholme, just south of Brisbane, where we sell directly to suppliers and the public from our showroom. Our Melbourne Telrex office is based in Keilor Park.

Our supply network and partnerships encompass the whole of Australia, with connections in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.

With over four thousand products online and in store, we have everything from headsets and data cabinets to cables and sockets. With great brands like Coms in a Box, Plantronics, Jabra and more, all of our products are excellent quality at even better prices. We always offer customised products and packages — no two are alike.

“Powered Phone Amplifier with Horn works really well. I would certainly be able to hear it up to hundreds of meters away on my weekender property. You'll need speaker cable, soldering gear, cable shrink and maybe some grommets to connect and run the speaker outside, and (optional) a standard phone wall mount if you want to mount the control unit. I mucked around with an unpowered unit from Jaycar that was just rubbish, this is the ants pants!”

“not impresssed, I ordered a handstand for my Jabra Evlove2 65 headset, quoted the model number and it came up on site, ordered and paid for it, finally delivered and it was not the correct one, the staff then said I had ordered the wrong one, being a computeer programmer I am very tech savy. your staff was very rude and said if I wanted the correct one I had to pay and extra $50 plus pay for the return of the wrong one...NOT HAPPY JAN...would not recommend this company for anything,”

Hi Lisa One of our staff members offered to order you the correct part and offered a refund of the stand on return. The Evolve2 65 stand is more expensive than the Evolve 65 stand you ordered, hence the price difference. The product you ordered (SKU: 14207-39) in no way indicates this is an Evolve2 stand. Our website clearly states this is for the Evolve range. The Evolve2 stand products are not available for purchase on our website, as it is a call only product (SKU: 14207-55). I am unsure how these codes could be confused by you. We have not heard back from you on any of the solutions offered. If you change your mind, please call our Melbourne team on 1300 881 011 and they would be happy to assist you order the correct part and return the part you incorrectly ordered.
