“Firstly the item never arrived and secondly when I emailed In regarding this they never responded. It was a Christmas present for my brother which he never got, I never got any compensation and I had to buy him another present so. Truly shocking first time I’ve bought from the brand and will be the last which is such a shame because their clothes seem so nice.”

“Terrible customer service. I purchased a tracksuit for my daughter for Christmas which after one wear the material was incredibly bobbly leaving it looking shabby. Only contact for this company is email. I am still waiting for a resolution for a £150 purchase. The tracksuit has been boxed awaiting a return since Christmas, leaving out of pocket and my daughter without one of her presents! The contact is very very poor and frustrating. It’s now 16/01 and I am still waiting to hear what is happening. I have never experienced customer service as poor as this from any other company, certainly would not use this company again.”
