I've just checked your support tickets and we've replied to both of them - it's worth checking your junk box in case they landed in there. We're always adding new features to the site, and you can currently filter through colour, size and fit, as well as by brand.
We're also always adding brands; you can toggle "Available Now" to see the whole range including those currently rented.

“I like the Devout, it allows me to wear brands I can't really afford to buy and to try out styles I would never have looked at.
It did take me a few months to start to understand what sizes and brands were right for me and I usually have an item per box I don't really love once I put it on. Swapping items is a bit of a bother if things don't suit you and costs £10 to do, which is £25 of the monthly fee for 3 items. Additionally, there is not a huge selection and website is really not great! Not at all a good user experience. I recommend Devout do some UX research!”

We're working really hard to bring the cost of a mid-period swap down from £10. Unfortunately the costs of postage including the return of your swapped item continues to increase but we're always working to bring these costs down.

Sorry to hear that! Please do raise a support ticket and we'll get that rectified for you. In some instances, some items slip through our quality check process, but we'll be happy to replace items that aren't of the highest standard.
