“ordered my first box on 5th sep. it wasn’t delivered until 21st sep. I had a missing item so notified them and I still haven’t received a response (today is 28th sep). Out of the items I did receive 2 were not in a wearable state so required washing and ironing before I could wear. Safe to say I won’t be staying on as a customer although I love the idea of the company”

“I have found some lovely clothes on the site - some which I have gone on to buy however unfortunately there are always issues! Check the RRP before you buy - the majority of the time, it is cheaper to buy from the retailer itself (including the discount), there are always items missing. I have constantly had issues with the website and ordering. One point which was really frustrating - I ordered a dress (by email to Customer Services) in a 12, what was delivered was not a 12 and I was then told that the sizing of that brand was different - this is not reflected on the page for the dress or in the sizing guide - it says "true to size". I was offered a replacement, at a fee of £10. This was the final straw before cancelling. It's a brilliant idea, but the execution still needs some work.”

Sizing does differ between brands, particularly within European brands. If you're unsure, you can always live chat or email us for clarification.

“Save your money people this seems to be a scam ! Placed order 7 days ago and order not dispatched! Emailed twice and still no response ! Total disaster , will now have to try and get reimbursement through my credit card”
“Moved up to the 5 item package this month as I have a couple of weddings. The dresses I chose are perfect and I'll be spoilt for choice. My only disappointment was the People Tree jumpsuit was nowhere near fitting me, I ordered a size 14 just to make sure it fitted, but I would have needed at 16/18! Website did say this item was true to size.. However, as always, customer service promptly arranged for me to choose another item and it came the next day along with a label to return the item. I love this whole concept and I am forever being asked where I get my clothes from.”

“I think this is such a great idea and I’m really excited to enjoy the “new things” feeling without spending a fortune or generating loads of waste. If I had a small gripe it would be that my items were delivered in a plastic bag, which although I’m sure it helps to keep costs down, meant they arrived crumpled and I’ll need to iron them before wearing. Not a major issue though and wouldn’t put me off using again.”

“Great customer service, they always respond if I ask a question and put things right if there is an issue. Nice choice of clothes, would be nice if there was an incentive for customers to comment as no one seems to add any reviews on items and it might help with item choices. Still love renting clothes rather than buying as I’m not clogging the wardrobe up and always nice to have a new collection of clothes every month.”
