“I ordered flowers for a friend and opted for same day delivery. The delivery was completed as promised on the same day and the bouquet was beautiful. I received a confirmation email of my order as well as one after delivery was completed. Excellent service, many thanks!”

“I ordered using their same day service on Friday 14 July. Having ordered before the cut off time for that day I received a notification that the flowers would be delivered on the 14 July. Unfortunately they weren't delivered until the following day. Why offer this service if you can't fulfill the order?”

“Unfortunately my daughter had moved home a few months ago without telling me and was also not in the country so my birthday flowers for her were unable to be delivered But the florist tried their very best”

“They canceled order 4 hrs prior to the funeral service!!! I ordered 4 days in advance! Website makes it look as though they are local, they are not!! This just happened ( May 30th ) Will have to see how long until I get refunded. As of now, more money out of pocket and scrambling around for flowers! Such a disappointment. Bright side- I learned a valuable lesson . Shop local! Gruetts in Marysville, Ohio made a beautiful arrangement for me!!!!”
