“This company met and exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the bouquets on offer on website had the earliest delivery date printed next to them. So no time wasting. Then having chosen the bouquets, there was a choice of 3 sizes. Finally, despite there being very little time to produce this bouquet (it was a same day delivery), they delivered a stunning bouquet. Thank you for a job well done.”

“Extremely disappointed. Flowers were to celebrate birth of niece and my brother emailed me with description and photos: bird droppings on leaves, torn and ripped leaves, shrivelled up roses and greetings card just tossed into box. No care time thought given. Will be complaining to Interflora.”

“When the bouquet was delivered it had holes in the box and looked like it had been thrown around. When it was unpacked it looked a bit shaken but the arrangement looked beautiful. I followed the instructions to unpack the flowers and trim the stems. The silver foliage, I think it's Cineraria started breaking off as I unpacked it and without support from the packaging immediately wilted. One of the Roses was broken and a few of the lisianthus heads too. It was impossible to recreate the arrangement once removed from the packaging. To be honest the bouquet was extremely disappointing and not worth the money”

“I bought a deluxe size ( supposed to be the biggest size. I paid 69 pounds for it and it looks like the small size. And it’s way too much different. I’m really disappointed and not happy at all. I’m from Australia and I bought it for my mum’s birthday in England. I’m really sad. Below here is the picture from the website and picture the one they sent”
