“Flowers never arrived . DPD messaged several times to say delivery delayed but 5 days later still no flowers . Last I heard they were going to be delivered 23 rd December. No fliers no message to say why , disaster . How do I get a full refund ?”

“Ordered for delivery on 20/12/22. Unfortunately didn’t arrive to 22/12/22. At this point the flowers were dry and not even worth putting out on show, seems a waste of £28. Unsure whose side this fault lies but would not recommend using again due to this delivery.”
