Not what I ordered. The bouquet was delivered in the same day but it is not as in the image. I ordered the Sunshine Giftbox but the flowers received were half of what is shown on the website (it is clear that is wrriten in the description that the STANDARD bouquet will be AS SHOWN). I will attach the bouquets so that it is better understood what I am talking about. This doesn't deserve more than 20 pounds, I'm very disappointed.

Flowers were sent to the incorrect address. Handed over to a random stranger. Over a week with still no refund. Had to chase up several emails to the service team with further emails due to no response or resolution

Absolutely diabolical bouquet which look nothing like the picture advertised and was delivered days late. Definitely avoid. Garage forecourt quality. Waste of money and it makes it look like you was very cheap.

I ordered my bouquet before 2pm expecting same day delivery on a Saturday it is now Tuesday & the bouquet is terrible & nothing at all like the one I ordered. I ordered the pastel bouquet. Terrible experience & embarrassing to think I spent so much money on the rubbish that was delivered. I will put a picture up of the rubbish I recieved days late instead. Garage forecourt quality rubbish.

I bought same day delivery of the sunshine box, very happy with the delivery, came within 3 hours and looks beautiful and nice size even though I only got the standard size! will order from again and I'll leave a good review on trustpilot as well!

Nice flowers. Some rather gaudy orange blooms amongst the others which didn’t look much like the image I chose. Otherwise, all good and promptly delivered.

I am afraid my review is not postive and I am unlikely to use your service again unless I get some form of compensation. My now 23 year old daughters birthday on the 6th of April we ordered her flowers on the 5th. I ordered Lillie’s and a very bright colourful bouquet appropriate for a young lady on a happy day . You sent Lillie’s alright but a very doudy looking bunch which for me would be suitable to an elderly lady I have attached pictures or what I ordered and what you sent. If we are not going to get what we ordered or thought we ordered we should be told. Perhaps you have this get out clause already but never the less it’s not very nice. If I order a blue suit and you sent me a grey one I would send it back. Add to this you sent the flowers late that day I think you should manage to send them in the morning of the bithdays .. FANTASTIC bouquet of flowers delivered!!! The flowers arrived and looked exactly(if not better) than the photo on line. My mum was over-joyed with them and so am I! Thank you The Flower Shop I will definitely be ordering from you again! 😃

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day to be delivered same day it has now been 5 days and still no flowers have been delivered and had no communication from the company, I have had to chase them up with an email as no one answered the phone on multiple occasions of trying. Very Poor service will not be using again.
