“Excellent service, only a small gripe, I had ordered the flowers to be delivered to my wife's work address but had to change it to our home address, but didn't get a reply that my email had been looked at and the change was no problem. Just a email saying all OK would of saved a lot of angst as the flowers were a wedding anniversary present.”

“I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Not all on line places do that service. A really good variety of flowers to choose from. And the instructions were easy to follow. I plan to order more in the future. And i would recomend the flower shops web site. X”

“Reasonable website but poor communication no confirmation of delivery, until a week after delivery… look for better, local, alternatives. I can’t answer any of the subsequent questions because I wasn’t provided with this information!”

“The service was very good, however, I was underwhelmed by the flowers. Considering it was for my wife on our wedding anniversary. No glitter smaller than expected and freshness was questionable. No picture available as already dead”

“Fantastic service, delivery was supposed to arrive by 18:00hrs, it didn't arrive until 19:00. Florist was very apologetic, I was just really grateful that they'd stayed late to get the job finished.”

“Went for a ‘deluxe’ sized bouquet of flowers which were around half the size of the picture online. I use online flowers quite often and this was by far the most disappointing one I’ve ever used.”
