These guys were incredible as a team. So fast and prompt and when I emailed them to ensure if it didn’t get delivered by 1pm to my wife’s work address that it should get delivered home they had already delivered it….outstanding and lovely to deal with!! Definitely use these guys!!

Completely different bouquet of flowers arrived, understand substitutions will be made depending on availability, but looks cheaper than photo online which I thought I was buying. Unimpressed.

I'm sorry that the flowers as displayed on our website weren't available on this occasion, we try to maintain every order as close to our pictures as possible but in this case, I see the colours were not available, and for this I apologize. We are constantly trying to provide value for money during these harsh economic times and endeavor to keep our prices as low as possible, but our flower quality as high as possible. When substitutions are used we also keep those as fresh and close to the original pictures as possible, without resorting to cheaper options, but often upgrading to more expensive ones like the Lillies pictured .

The service was very sufficient and fast, the amount of flowers for the price was also very good, the flowers in themselves, seemed big and beautiful, but the bouquet looked too different from the one I ordered and not in a good way. And I also didn’t like that it didn’t show what card my greeting was written on. I was sending these flowers to a person where esthetics are very important, and what arrived I would never ever have chosen for him. I have used the Danish interflora many times, it’s a million times better, maybe get a bit of inspiration from them…😉

I was calling from the USA and was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of Allister, who took my order. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner-same day! They were beautiful! I will definitely use The Flower Shop again!

Was very disappointed at the size for the cost. Also it was supposed to be a basket but was no handle as shown in the advert. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known the size regardless of cost of living just now. Once bitten....

We try to keep your orders as close to the website's brochure as possible, but sometimes we may have to substitute some flowers and normally we choose quality over quantity.
