The flowers themselves were beautiful but they were ordered yo arrive on the 6th for a birthday and arrived two days late.

Flowers were not great on arrival, starting to die before they had been given to recipients

Thank you for your feedback, I was in contact with our florist and courier partners, unfortunately, due to a national strike at the moment in parts of the UK, hence our deliveries were delayed by this. Unfortunately with some orders affected by this last week, we were trying our hardest to email this explanation to all. I apologize for this, currently, it is out of our hands, but were attempting to fulfill all orders as fast as possible. Apologies for our lack of communication with you

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum's birthday, paying the appropriate charge to ensure delivery on the required date, they didn't arrive, and whilst the customer service was prompt, when they did finally arrive, 2 days late, the quality of the flowers themselves were poor to say the least.

I had ordered some flowers for my wife as a surprise while abroad. She is very specific with the type of flowers she likes. Upon receipt of the flowers, they were far from what I ordered. She likes pastel flowers and had received an autumn bouquet. I had paid for Delux and what we received was not Delux. This was extremely embarrassing.
