I ordered flowers from Sweden to my friend in Laindon, Essex. Never have I been so pleased over the likeness to the original picture on their website!! The bouquet delivered was absolutely gorgeous!💖🥰 And my friend loved it, and the box of chocolates that I added! I am so very happy and will use you again!!!! Thank you!! I hope my picture gets added ok. I have put the websides picture (right) next to the delivered one, so you can compere!!

Had an issue with the flowers being delivered instead of the delivery driver giving them to the person ordered for they where handed to a building receptionist who had no idea who the person was i ordered them for so flowers had been taken by someone else which I found out today

Thank you for sharing your feedback today, I'm sorry to hear the flowers took time to get to the recipient. We encourage you to place a note in the "Delivery Notes" section of our booking site, this is an area where you can give specific instructions for the driver to see and act upon. Although I shall be making enquireys into why the recipient's name was not stated to the receptionist that day, as this would seem to be an obviouse thing to do when delivering flowers. I was desperate to send flowers on my daughter's birthday. I tried several websites as I live in London and she lives on the Isle of Anglesey. Several shops advertised same day service but in fact could only provide next day service. The Flower Shop came up trumps in every way and my daughter was delighted with her bouquet.

I'll be honest, the flowers that arrived were beautiful, however, NOTHING like what I ordered, was after bright bold happy colours, and what my friend received was pretty, but far from the cheerful array I ordered.

Was pretty disappointed when I ordered flowers purely for the sunflowers inside and when they were delivered there was no sunflowers! £50 for something I ended up not wanting at all. Was pretty upset, and wouldn’t buy again.

I didn't think the bouquet justified the price. It was not like the photo and I appreciate you cannot replicate the exact plants. Rather disappointed.

On first impression when we arrived in our room the flowers look lovely , but after 2 days the roses were already dying and by monday they had died . not good for £69 very disappointed . sorry for this review but ,i have had time to message as i have been very busy . Ian manby

Great short notice delivery from your selfs . Flowers where well fresh and even better then they looked in the photo online . My partner was well pleased getting them .
