“Took my money and the order and then at the end of the day that the order was due to be delivered they cancelled it last minute saying they were too busy as it was Mothers Day weekend, even though this delivery was for a birthday. Do not use this company!!!!”

“Not what I ordered, looked completely different to the original picture, mothers day hat box full of green foliage and what flowers that were in the display some of the stems had broke. Very unhappy with this bouquet and not worth the money, l won't use flower shop again”

However, there are times when certain flowers or colors are not available due to supply and stock issues. “Rather disappointing. I ordered the largest size bunch at £70 and the bunch of flowers I received was very small in size and makes me wonder wether I had the correct size delivered. The flowers themselves were of good quality”

“Very dissatisfied - ordered flowers on 4th for delivery on 7th (mothers birthday) only to be informed on morning of 7th (by email), which I only read on Monday evening, that they could not deliver. I’ll be going back to interflora next year.”
