The flowers were delivered within an hour and a half of ordering them. They were very well received and beautiful.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered and paid online. Due to my office day ending and leaving party plans I asked for a phone call so I could rearrange with the delivery driver if I had to leave. I had a message to say delivered. Within 5 minutes I called walked around the building and found nothing. I have had no refund and no flowers!

I have been let down by other florists in the past so I was slightly sceptical about same day delivery service. I am absolutely blown away by the service. I ordered in the morning and it arrived before 14:00 hours!! 🤗 Fantastic service - fresh and beautiful flowers. My son and his girlfriend loved it!! I am delighted and will be using Flower Shops from now on. Thanks a lot!

I was very disappointed with the way the flowers were delivered, and also with their quality. Considering that they were a gift, they arrived in a deplorable condition at the recipient, with broken and unbloomed flowers, extremely few compared to the presentation photo on the website. Just a question, how do I fix the surprise for my friend? I expect an answer as soon as possible, Thank you

the bouquet looked nothing like it did on the website. it. was an autumnal rose large bouquet. there were like 3 roses and a bunch of branches, very shocking to say the least. as it was a gift. The first picture is what she received and the second picture is what I bought off the website. It looks absolutely nothing like the one I thought she was going to get. Best Heidi Van Den Amstel
