“I sent flowers as a Christmas gift but the recipient has reported that they are in extremely poor condition. She has tried to revive them but she says they are drooping and considers them ‘dead’ I am deeply disappointed and feel that my money has been wasted and obviously the recipient is deeply disappointed too.”

“Would love to give 5 stars. The flowers were great and arrived on the same day. The only issue I have is I was never updated at all during the day and had to keep messaging my self to get updates. Apart from that I was happy. Will use again”

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the undelivered parcel. I can understand how terribly frustrating this must have been for you. It certainly looks as though the florist has not fulfilled the order correctly on this occasion. Please understand that this does not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and for this, we're deeply sorry. We work closely with a network of trusted local florists and small independent businesses, but unfortunately on the rare occasion that things might go wrong with one of these partners, we do not necessarily have the luxury of being able to step in and supply out of a warehouse. This isn't an excuse, but I thought I'd share this information with you. We're also going to take this matter up with the florist who delivered your order so that we can understand what happened, and how we can prevent it from happening again.
