Sorry to hear that Royal Mail have mishandled your order. That's very disappointing... We had extra thick mailers manufactured to be more withstanding so whoever was handling it has been extra careless with it.
I never received any emails from you regarding this issue and would have loved to have had the opportunity to fix this for you prior to you leaving a review but I understand why in frustration you chose to.
I will have your order reprinted and sent out to you first thing tomorrow.
Would be enormously grateful if you could amend this review once the replacement has been sent.

I've just seen this review after having replied to the email you sent yesterday. As stated in my email I was out of office due to us having building work going on at our new warehouse. I do apologise for the delay and as stated in the email I have a replacement headed your way in the morning.
Please bear in mind that we are a 2 person company and we aren't always able to reply to emails immediately but I always do reply and I never fail to rectify a missing order. Hopefully you will be satisfied with the replacement that we are sending.

“Initially I wrote a poor review as I hadn't received the artwork and was extremely disappointed. The artwork arrived around an hour after the review was written ! It is unfortunate that they took 9 days to arrive but this may well be more down to Royal Mail than The Gallery Wall themselves.
We absolutely love the artwork - they look fantastic. They are already framed and look wonderful on the wall.
I apologise for the initial review, and will definitely be ordering from the Gallery Wall again in the future !!”

Enormous thanks for updating your review Stephen. I'm very pleased they did show up shortly after you left the initial review. I completely agree 9 days is too long and I am consistently very frustrated with Royal Mail for their turn around times (which seem incredibly inconsistent). Fully understand the 4 stars.
We are actively seeking a new courier for the future and will hopefully have something in place soon.
