Sorry to hear this. We print on very high quality paper with the best printers etc and make sure that all of our orders are packaged securely. Each order also comes with a discount code for future purchases regardless of the order size. Beyond this I'm unsure how I can better this experience for you. We are upfront about what we are selling which is printed wall art in specified sizes.
I would be more than happy to offer a refund if you return the print back to me. If you email me I can let you know the returns address etc.

“I couldn't be happier. I had tried ordering prints from other stores and the print quality was always a letdown, even for big prices. But The Gallery Wall prints are top notch. And they arrived in perfect condition. Thanks guys. Only thing I would suggest is to group art work by theme, and to have a dozen or so suggested gallery wall arrangements for people like me who don't have an artistic intuition. I did eventually work out what combination of prints I wanted, but it took many hours of trial and error, copying images from your website and playing around with them in PowerPoint:)”

It's been discussed in house in the past but hearing it from a customer is the kick up the butt I need to make it happen sooner. Will hopefully roll something out in the next few months :)

Thanks you for taking the time to leave a review Maria! I'm very pleased that you are happy with the print. We try to keep pricing as reasonable as possible but I appreciate that some stores do charge less. We hope that the difference is evident in the quality however!

You originally gave a 4 star review citing the exchange rate as your reason for it not being 5 star review. I contacted you asking (very nicely) if you would consider changing to a 5 star review due to the exchange rate not being our fault as a company. In response to my nicely worded request you've updated to this nasty 3 star review. Really truly upsetting and I can't fathom why you would do such a thing. Tom

Thank you so much Bex! I really appreciate this feedback. When we upgraded to larger printers I spent several days checking the files/editing them to make sure that they wouldn't lose quality when printed large so it's a huge reassurance to hear that you noticed this attention to detail!
