Thank you for your review, you ordered a bracelet in the size 7.25 inches and the bracelet we sent out to you measured from end to end 7.25 inches. You also confirmed in an email that the bracelet you received measured 7.25 inches.

We're sorry to see that you have given us a 1 star review. We are a UK based business and when you placed your order online you were given 2 delivery options as you are outside of the UK. The first delivery option was express which takes 3 working days to arrive, the second economy, which takes up to 20 working days. You selected economy and also ticked the box that says you understood packages can take up to 20 working days when economy is selected. It has currently been 10 working days since your order was dispatched.

“Band Good serves its purpose. Only fault is the end of strap that tucks in slot doesn’t stay tucked In All the time it sometimes flicks out and makes it not as secure.hence 4 stars not 5.
May be more secure if yu had a smaller wrist and could use different hole to fasten .”
