“When I was taken very ill with a life threatening blood disorder my daughter bought me a medical alert wristband of silicon as I have to be monitored every three months. I have recently been put under the care of a different but local hospital so I needed to change the details on the wristband. The product you clicked on and ordered was the 'Deluxe engravable silicone bracelet (outside engraving)' this states that the engraving is on the outside in the product name which is shown in bold at the very top of the screen. We also state this in the product description in bold lettering.
