“The band was on my wrist less than 20 hours after ordering which is fantastic service.
The etching was exactly as I ordered, perfectly spaced and is extremely legible.
Although I measured my wrist carefully the large size band is just a fraction too large on me and kept slipping round, so I ordered the medium a few days later - it too arrived within 24 hours which is brilliant.
The medium is fairly snug, but less likely to catch on anything - it's no fault of The ID Band Company, but my bony wrist obviously sits exactly halfway between the 2 sizes !!”

We do provide you with two shipping methods at checkout FedEx international priority which arrives within 3 business days or Royal Mail international Economy which may take up to 20 working days to arrive. You chose Royal Mail international Economy and therefore your order may take the 20 working days to arrive, if you have not received it by this time please send us and email and let us know.
As for the customs charge we do have the following advisory in the terms and conditions you accepted before the order was placed “Additional customs charges may be levied for all orders sent outside the UK. These are beyond our control and you have not been charged UK taxes.”.

“Love the product and the prompt service. The band is so comfortable and I wear it all the time which is just what I wanted. I also got the adjustable band but the band is too wide for me. If you had the adjustable, snap close band in a narrower width, I would definitely buy. Also, if we could select color if print that would be great too because we could pick a less conspicuous color. So, those are my suggestions but I am SO happy with what I have. The band is lightweight, I can sear it all the time, and it doesn’t hurt my wrist. Thank you for a great product!”
