We are sorry to hear that the band is too short and therefore can't be used. The band is an adjustable band which fits wrists between 5.25 inches and 8.25 inches this measurement is shown on the item description.

We understand your concern regarding the limited availability of smaller sizes on our pre printed silicone apixaban bands and apologise for any inconvenience. Unfortunately the smaller sizes in the apixaban band were not very popular and were therefor not cost effective for us.
