“Disappointed with the ID band. It isn't secure enough to wear it. It gets caught on door handles and then comes undone easily. I know it will get lost.”

We are sorry to hear that the ID band comes undone easily, the ultrabands are normally very secure. Can we check that once the stud has been pushed through one of the holes on the strap the strap is then but through the loop so that it is tucked into the inside of the band and against your wrist.
