We're sorry to hear that the band snapped after 6 weeks. The bands are normally very robust unless caught on something or overstretched. I can see that a larger size has now been ordered, was the original band too tight? This may be the cause of the band snapping.

We are sorry to hear you are having problems with the clasp, the clasp will only secure shut if it is closed onto one of the grooves on the silicone band correctly, if you would like to send us an email we will be happy to help with this.
