“Disappointed that I opened the parcel
To check the quality (I removed a small plastic tab) this apparently means that I have broken the hygiene tab and therefore whether I like it or not I cannot return it. It was not used, or even placed on the bed. Wouldn’t buy from them again and the one I have had to keep is going to the tip!”
