Hi Anne, your mattress topper comes with elasticated straps around all four corners. If you can please adjust them onto your mattress, we're sure you'll have a snug fit :) Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for any further assistance.
Hi Peter, have you tried unzipping your topper and adjusting the customisable cores in your Seriously Comfortable Revolution topper? Sometimes the cores can get jostled during transport and just need re-arranging. This is simple to do by just unzipping your topper on the side :)

Hi Alicia, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't like your Comfort Boost topper and it couldn't deliver the comfort you were looking for. We try and stock a wide range of topper to suit everyones sleeping style but comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a perfect fit :(
