Very comfortable I have trouble with pain in my hips. Since having the mattress topperthis has improved.

Disappointed that I opened the parcel To check the quality (I removed a small plastic tab) this apparently means that I have broken the hygiene tab and therefore whether I like it or not I cannot return it. It was not used, or even placed on the bed. Wouldn’t buy from them again and the one I have had to keep is going to the tip!

DPD showed as delivered. It is not. DPD said they’d delivered to wrong address and to contact seller. I have emailed the seller but heard nothing!

the sent me the wrong size I ordered a double and they sent a single as I had opened the parcile they would no exchange it for a double £24.00 down the drain.

We sent you the size you ordered however we did offer you a generous discount off your next purchase should you wish to purchase another in a new size. Our returns policy is very clear on the site, and it is industry standard not to accept returns on opened or used product. This is so protect all our customers. Hope you can understand :)

Change your delivery service! DPD, you would have thought would be good, but no. I'm a public house. The product got delivered to another pub in another street with another post code! What did the driver think, oh there's a pub, that'll do! Luckily we were able to sort things out between us. Topper is good though, 5 stars!

I am still waiting I never received it the dpd did a poor service he didn’t leave he wrote that he came and I was a home it was not true. I have payed and I didn’t receive it

Extremely disappointed firstly with an incorrect order that I received and secondly my original order has still not been met. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The communication has been very poor.

Our warehouse team do their best to send our your topper and pillows as soon as possible and sometimes this results in them picking the incorrect item. I can see this has been resolved and you have since received the correct pillows. Someone from our customer services team will be contacting you today to follow up on your order. Also, if you are going to charge a rip off price of £5 for delivery, i expect to receive relatively soon. I will be contacting Klarna today to advise no dispatch, no emails, nothing receieved and will look to possibly cancel order if no communication received.

Product was not good as they said on their website. I have asked for return they said if you open the box we can not take return. How can we gonna check it’s good or Bad with our opening the box .

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your topper, we have had great feedback on this one but comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a great fit. It is industry standard not to accept returns on opened and used product for hygiene reasons. Hope you can understand :)

Still have not received my trooper it’s now eight days phoned and asked when it would arrive told it had been dispatch on Friday five days before my call then told they could give me a tracking number so I could look to see when it would get to me. Never again will I ordered from them. As I write this still no topper.

Hi Gavin, we despatched your topper within 2 days of you placing your order. We have tried to despatch this topper to your address on 4 separate occasions. We hope Yodel are able to delivery your mattress soon :)
