“I thought I was contacting the county office. All I wanted was a description of the prop[erty, some refer to this as a legal description. I did not get the legal description, but I found lots of other information about the property.”
“I was looking for
Age of roof
A second serial number
Model of mobile home
To provide information to State Farm in order to change my insurance carrier. Which I could not find.
Also, I did notice that the information has a fireplace, there has not been one since I've been here.”
“The report I was looking for contained all the information I needed. This was such a big help and the process was super easy. The customer service process was quick, friendly and easy as well. Highly recommend.”
“Splendid results in a fraction of the time one would spend on the local government websites. The results of my search were fast, accurate, and easily attainable.”
“I'm giving an excellent review because even though I was not able to find the info I was looking for (how to get a copy of the 07/01/23-06/30/24 Property Tax Bill) and on Property Tax History the year 2022 is missing. The 5 Star is for your response back to me. I received an e-mail from you and a text from Jeremy within minutes of my request. Terrific customer service.”

“I was pleased to find such detailed, orderly & easily understood information on line. I'm planning on creating a "Property Ownership Book" for my son, who is the current property owner as a surprise gift.”
“While I was attempting to go to a specific county's property database I managed to click on a Sponsored Ad at the beginning of my Google search resonse. I should have recognized the pattern of questions earlier than I did, however I continued entering information about my request anyway. The result was a abrief -perhaps 3 minutes- delay while the request gathered data for a response and then indicated the search results would cost $1. More out of curiosity than anyother reason I paid the dollar and shortly received my information after indicating I preferred a PDF doc to my email address. The script continued however and then I received a text msg to my phone indicating I could download the data directly to my phone. Subsequent text messages and emails asked first if I still wanted the data, then how it should be delivered and then if I was happy with the results. My response was and remains that the information is available for free on most county websites, though navigating the intuitive county sites is seldom straight foreward and would obviously take longer. Unfrtunately some of the data provided by the propertyrecord.com proved invalid and some may have been scooped from the folks who endlessly seem to be sending (unrequessted but free) information about ones property including changes in its value. If you are not inclined to do your own homework the site may be valuable, but should still encourage you to verify the data.”
“The one thing I was looking for, that being an arial showing the property boundaries and the neighbouring properties, it did not provide. Otherwise nice report.”
“The team was very responsive and accomodating of my requests. This did come after receiving the initial report without a document I needed, but they remedied it quickly.”
