“I placed an order with the company for a gift to take to a baby shower. The site I believe said it was a one to three day delivery after placing order. It was a week to the baby shower so thought it would be here in good time. The parcel did not arrive in time for the baby shower so went empty handed😢😢 luckily my friend did not mind but I did. When I got home the parcel had arrived. A week after ordering. I then had to put the gift in the post at a cost of over £3. Disappointed ☹️”

Sorry you feel like that, unfortunately you'd misread your email, delivery wasn't advised as 1-3 days from placing your order, that is our despatch time from order placement due to every box being hand made and us being incredibly busy. If you'd needed it in a hurry we do offer speedier delivery options rather than 2nd class which you chose!
