“I’ve bought products from the Glasgow Hillington branch for 10 years +. The service and standards in terms of customer service from Alan and the team are second to none. The products are excellent, they look, feel and are top grade in every way. I buy a variety of different oak engineered boards from standard straight satin or high shine finish, to wide 1.8m length boards as well as beautiful Herringbone. I’ve never once been disappointed in the finish. The advice given by the team is very comprehensive and they’re always on the other end of the phone or email if I have any questions. As well as this, the couriers are always very good, courteous and considerate of the customer. Highly highly recommend the Hillington store. Sam MacCuish, Glasgow”

“We have been so impressed with the service from the Glasgow store. The showroom staff were so helpful and patient whilst we were choosing the floor. The delivery was really smooth and efficient and their fitters were fantastic. They laid 88m2 of flooring in one day and they have done a superb job. Their attention to detail was second to none. We are very very happy with the end result.”

“Visited the Edinburgh store and dealt with the manager Steve who was unbelievably helpful and friendly. The store layout is superb and have a great range of flooring, Steve was excellent and took me through all the differences and ensured all my queries were answered. Top notch lad who is an asset to the company and would highly advise my friends and family to pop in if they require flooring.”

“Wow! The flooring we purchased is amazing, the quality is second to none! All my friends and family have said how beautiful it is! I would also like to thank the young man (Steven) who helped us during our visit! His knowledge on what he’s doing is brilliant, such a pleasant man, couldn’t do enough for us! “Fantastic service from Steven in the Edinburgh store. From the minute I walked in he was very attentive and showed me around the products so I could find what I was looking for. He gave me a great price and made the whole transaction very smooth and easy for me and gave me a number for a fitter who fitted it when I wanted. Great service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. “Truly exceptional service by Alan and the Hillington team. From deciding on the product through to the fitting by Michael and his team. Truly customer focussed, superb communications despite the Covid challenges to delivery ,knowledgeable, patient, courteous ,easily the best customer service I've had in a long time. I am very happy with the price given the quality of the product, even happier with an additional discount and free delivery given without asking due to unavoidable delays. Returns faultless refund processed within an hour.”

“Great floors, Great prices and most importantly great staff. All very knowledgeable and knew the products. In the Belfast store i was able to kit out my whole house with engineered wood, tiles, carpet and i'll be back in the new year to get my outside done in artificial grass. I would recommend the Wooden Floor Company to anyone”

“Really delighted with the service I received from the staff at the Wooden Floor Company on Boucher Road. So much to chose from but decided to go with a fabulous engineered oak board on the advice of the staff. Not disappointed at all! Looks superb fitted and has totally changed my living room! Will definitely buy here again!”
